Theodora Skeadas

Theodora Skeadas, CEO of Tech Policy Consulting, has advised various entities such as Humane Intelligence on algorithmic audits, Microsoft on elections policies, and Domelabs AI on healthcare and national security AI. She consulted for organizations like the National Democratic Institute on online gender-based violence, and worked with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on countering disinformation in Ukraine. Formerly at Twitter, she oversaw the Trust and Safety Council, managed human rights programs, and supported global civic integrity efforts. With a background in national security at Booz Allen Hamilton and work with nonprofits worldwide, she holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School.
